Andrew Miller, MD, FACC has been selected as the next Chair of the American College of Cardiology Board of Governors. With a mission to transform cardiovascular care and improve heart health, the American College of Cardiology has over 52,000 members from around the world.
Miller received his undergraduate degree from Miami University in Ohio and his medical degree with honors from Indiana University School of Medicine. He did an internal medicine residency and a cardiology fellowship, serving as Chief Cardiology Fellow, at UAB where he also was a post-doctoral trainee in the vascular biology and hypertension program.
He has received the C. Glenn Cobbs Award for Excellence and the Merck New Investigator Award. From 2010 to the present, he has been listed in the Best Doctors in America.
