Christopher Cunningham, MD, an independent practice physician, has joined the medical staff at HealthSouth Lakeshore Rehabilitation Hospital where he specializes in physical medicine and rehabilitation with special interest in rehabilitating brain injury and stroke patients.

Cunningham obtained his bachelor's degree from the University of Oklahoma where he also completed his medical education. In June 2016, Cunningham completed the physical medicine and rehabilitation residency program at UAB.
