Protective Life has teamed with Pack Health, a local health outcomes company, in launching an innovative model to manage chronic conditions. The focus is to help employees improve well-being and adhere to recommended care.

The new initiative with Pack Health matches employees with a personal Health Advisor through a frequent, multi-channel touchpoint engagement program targeting core behaviors that underlie chronic conditions.

The Pack Health program complements a list of services already offered such as an online activity tracking program with incentives, a nutritionist, an employee assistance program, a weekly onsite Farm Stand, health reimbursement rewards for healthy activities, partnerships with gyms, lunch-n-learns, telemedicine, onsite clinics, a massage therapist, lactation services, a resting area, health screenings, walking trails and more. Protective has a strong culture of wellness supported by executive leadership.
