Ellen Buffington has joined Choice Home Care where she will be responsible for sales and marketing. Buffington has over 18 years experience as a business development professional managing relationships.

Choice was founded by David Jernigan in 2000. David also started Carefirst Home Health and Hospice which is now St. Vincent's Home Health. Understanding the need for care beyond the home health option, David founded Choice Home Care.

Choice offers supportive services, personalized assistance and health care designed to help with activities of daily living with assistance available from four to 24 hours a day.
