Dr. Varley is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, Section of Anesthesia (1983), Board Certified in Anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiology (1983); Special Qualifications in Critical Care Medicine by the American Board of Anesthesiology (1986); Special Qualifications in Pain Management by the American Board of Anesthesiology (1993); Board-Certified by the American Board of Pain Medicine (1996); Fellow of the American Board of Minimally Invasive Spinal Medicine (2000).
