UAB Callahan Eye has opened a new clinic in Tuscaloosa, which is Callahan’s 18th clinic location in Alabama. Serving at the new clinic are providers Eric Sputh, MD and Michelle Langkawel, OD who have practiced in the Tuscaloosa area for several years.
The Tuscaloosa clinic offers comprehensive eye care specialists with an on-site optical store. Patients will receive services including family eye care, eye exams, cataract evaluations, glaucoma screenings, cornea diagnosis and treatment, and contact lens evaluations. All Callahan Eye patients are eligible to receive a 15 percent discount on all sunglasses and eyeglasses.
