Jim Stroud of Warren Averett has been selected to the Birmingham Business Journal's Who's Who in Birmingham Healthcare.
Stroud has been with Warren Averett since 1988 and is a Member of the Firm's Healthcare Consulting Group. With over 40 years of experience, Stroud specializes in working with medical practices. His support to physician practices includes strategic planning, profitability improvement, staff motivation and physician compensation formula enhancement. He has also assisted medical practices with physician conflict resolution, planning for physician retirement, new physician recruitment and merger negotiations.
