The Sanders Trust Acquires Norfolk Medical Office Building

The Sanders Trust, a national medical real estate investment company headquartered in Birmingham has acquired the DePaul Medical Atrium Building on the hospital campus of DePaul Medical Center in Norfolk, Virginia for $4,400,000. The Class A property is 100% leased to tenants including the hospital and several physician practices. The hospital is part of the Bon Secours Health System, one of the leading not-for-profit healthcare organizations in the country. "We are very pleased to be associated with Bon Secours and plan to work closely with their leadership to ensure our building is a complement to the hospital's local mission," said Rance M.
