Community Hospices Presents Continuing Education Program

Community Hospices will host a continuing education seminar on the Medicare/Medicaid Hospice benefit and recent changes that are being implemented.
Navigating Hospice: Fact vs. Fiction-Exploring Medicare & Medicaid Changes will be held Saturday, August 26 at Prince of Peace Church in Hoover. The program will run from 9:00 – 4:30. A light breakfast, lunch and snacks will be provided.
The workshop has been approved by the Alabama Board of Nursing and the Alabama Board of Pharmacy for 6 continuing education contact hours. The Alabama Board of Social Work Examiners, The Alabama Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators and The Alabama Board of Examiners of Assisted Living Administrators have granted approval for 5 continuing education contact hours.
